What is MUSEDU+?
MUSEDU+ is a European project that supports the digital transformation of museums by combining culture, education and innovation.
Through new methodologies, professional skills and digital tools, it helps museums become more interactive, accessible and engaging learning environments.

Aims and objectives
MUSEDU+ supports the digital transition of the museum sector by developing an advanced innovation model and its applicative methodologies, two new specialised professional profiles, post-graduate curricula and a refresher course for museum operators. It equips learners, educators and professionals with the digital skills needed to renew museum communication and education — without losing the physical relationship between heritage and its audiences.

Target groups
MUSEDU+ addresses graduates entering the sector, museum professionals and operators (managers, curators, educators, mediators, technical staff), VET providers, universities, cultural institutions and museums, technology organisations, and the wider community of stakeholders engaged in the digital transformation of cultural heritage.

Results
The project delivers the MUSEDU+ Model and two application methodologies, two advanced professional profiles with dedicated post-graduate curricula, a refresher course for museum operators, the MusEdu+ Platform (an integrated technological environment with e-learning and a Community of Practice), and the volume “MUSEDU+ — Models, processes and techniques for communication and advanced museum teaching”, supporting lifelong learning, employability and innovation in the museum sector.
